84-year-old nursing-home resident’s death changed from natural causes to homicide
Robert E. Meyer’s family says photographs of injuries led to further investigation and exhumation. The Hamilton County coroner ultimately classified his death as homicide caused by physical elder abuse. His family has now filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against several parties; the lawsuit’s allegations have not yet been adjudicated.
